Founded by Obrin Thomas, a seasoned physical therapist with over 17 years of experience, Limber Bodies was created with one mission in mind: to bring healing, relief, and renewal to every body that walks through our doors.

After years of working in corporate healthcare, Obrin launched Limber Bodies to offer something different — a more personalized, intuitive, and results-driven approach to physical wellness. Known for his caring nature and ability to pinpoint the root of chronic pain, he has helped countless clients experience real transformation from day one.
